Property information

A large stone house set in extensive and enclosed gardens with private pool, gym and separate 2 bedroom gîte also included. Perfect for extended families or for sharing with friends. Set on a hillside on the edge of a quiet hamlet in the Burgundy countryside, this family friendly property boasts incredible, uninterrupted views and open plan living space throughout, making it perfect for the modern family seeking a country getaway without compromising on the comforts of home. Equipped with its very own gym, secluded private pool area and working outdoor bread/pizza oven, the property also has plenty of outdoor furniture, meaning you won't have to look far to find your ideal spot for relaxing or dining in this idyllic setting. In the High Season, guests have exclusive use of both the main 4 bedroom house, the separate 2 bedroom gîte and a private pool. In the Low Season, only the main 4 bedroom house is offered as it is centrally heated. The pool is normally closed from October until the beginning of May. Extensive gardens wrap around the property with uninterrupted views over the valley below from the back garden. An adjacent field is also part of the property. High Speed Internet at upto 200MB/s via Starlink is provided at the property in the main house.. All Towels and Linen are included free of charge.

Saint Ythaire is a quiet village with commanding views over the local countryside. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute drive. Historical Cormatin and Cluny are nearby with the larger towns of Chalon and Macon just over 30 minutes away
