Beautiful and authentic stone village house in the heart of Mougins, walking distance from its lovely art galleries, museums and myriad restaurants. With a total of 125 sqm of living space, this 3 bedroom village home is layed out over 4 levels. The first bedroom on the ground floor level is totally independent. It has its own bathroom, small fridge etc. On the first floor you will find a large open kitchen with a beautiful original stone sink and a large cozy living room with fire place! From here the staircase will bring you to 2 large bedrooms on the third floor with a shared shower-room in the middle. Take the stairs to the fourth and final floor to enjoy the cherry on top of the cake: the roof terrace and summer kitchen where you will enjoy warm summer nights and panoramic views over village rooftops and snow covered mountains. When the sky is clear enough you can see a part of the ocean in the distance. This Townhouse Mougins is the perfect spot for your holidays - a real little gem! And btw: Mougins is best known for being the last long-term home of Pablo Picasso, as well as for its art galleries and gastronomy!
