We propose to you to the rent, in Le Barp, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a garden of approximately 100 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A sofa bed - A separate toilet On the 1st floor : - Bedroom 1 : King size bed (180×200) - Room 2 : double bed (140×190) - Room 3: a pull-out bed (two beds) - A bathroom with bath and WC For even more comfort: washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful enclosed garden of 100 m², facing south-west with garden table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days - A terrace of 10 m² with gas barbecue Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Only one animal accepted per stay. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
