Ferber / Arenas district - a fully-furnished 26m2 studio with a 9m2 terrace and sea view, with a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The studio is right next to the beach and Promenade des Anglais (11 minutes on foot), as well as to the city center and old Nice by a direct tramway line (Garibaldi square - 25 minutes, Lympia port - 25 minutes). The studio is on the 6th floor (out of 7) in a secured and guarded residence with two elevators. The 2-person bed (140*200) comes with a warm blanket, 2 pillows, and bed linen. The convertible sofa is a great place to rest after a day on the beach. A dining table with 2 chairs is right next to the door-window, where you can enjoy meals with a splendid sea view. The commode, built-in wardrobe, and shelves are available to ensure you a comfortable stay. The kitchen is separated from the living room and is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stoves, mini-oven, dishes, teakettle, water filter, Italian coffee maker and pans, as well as the washing machine. A 9m2 south-facing terrace with a sea view has a sofa, chairs, and table that is perfect for having breakfast outdoors.

The studio is right next to the beach and Promenade des Anglais (11 minutes on foot), as well as to the city center and old Nice by a direct tramway line (Garibaldi square - 25 minutes, Lympia port - 25 minutes). The airport Nice Côte d'Azur Terminal 1 is 19 minutes away by tramway L2 and 27 minutes on foot, the Nice St Augustin train station is 10 minutes away on foot. Right next to the apartment, there's a big Casino supermarket, a bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, and a hairdresser salon. The Phoenix park with a zoo and botanic garden is in 14 min on foot. You can get to the roads Pierre Mathis and A8 in 2 and 9 minutes by car, which lets you easily access Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Eze, Menton, Vence, etc. If you're traveling by car, there are 9 parking places in front of the building. You can also park the car on the street (it's a one-way street). For longer stays, there's a covered parking Les Bosquets in an 11-minute walk. Numerous educational establishments are nearby (EDHEC, Lycée Les Eucalyptus, Institut universitaire de technologie (IUT) de Nice).
