July and August, rental only from Sunday to Sunday. Ideal for avoiding Saturday traffic jams! Behind its large gate and private walled courtyard, this spacious loft will delight you with its unique volumes. Located on the first floor of a typical house, it has a large, bright living area opening onto a terrace. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a children's bedroom with two single beds (80x200). Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom. Ideal for 6 people, this flat can be extended to accommodate up to 8 people.
As a native of Lille, I fell in love with the region. I love discovering and enjoying this beautiful region. I'd be delighted to share my good addresses with you and welcome you in the best possible way! With this in mind, I set up RIBOLEYS, a company that manages flats and houses rented all year round on a short-term basis in Vias.
Travelers are invited to bring their own bed linen and bath towels. If this is not possible, we can provide them for a fee. The rental does not include a cleaning fee, and a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment are provided. However, if you wish, we can do the cleaning for you on reservation.
