very cosy, flat exactly as pictures, very well equipped, host super helpful and friendly, I could do early check in and late check out without additional charge - clear recommendation if you are looking for some small apartment in the heart of Cannes. Just take note that the apartment is in a pedestrian zone but there is a public parking garage just 80m away, the pedestrian street can be quite busy but still it is quiet in the apartment with closed windows - very nice!

Be pleasantly surprised as you enter our fully-renovated, beautiful second floor apartment. Take in the view of the Le Suquet church tower and relax in the spacious living room. Wake up rested thanks to thick, sound-proof French windows and meander down the street to pick up a couple of the best croissants we've ever tasted! Later on, pick up french local produce at the famous Forville market so you can cook a delicious meal in our brand new, full-size, state-of-the-art kitchen. Enjoy our beautifully tiled and decorated bathroom with its oversized, walk-in rain shower. Bask in the afternoon sunshine in the bright living room, listening to the bustle of the street below as local restauranteurs prepare for their guests.
We purchased this property early 2020, and although it was rentable right away, we decided to take the post lockdown lull period to completely renovate it. We took everything out, right down to the bricks! We had fun reconfiguring the small kitchen to put in island made of solid walnut that make the perfect transition from kitchen to living room. Then we carefully selected state-of-the art appliances for the beautiful hand-made kitchen cupboards that we had installed. We got the fancy TV-that-looks-like-a-picture, picked a complimenting Farrow & Ball colour scheme throughout and then put in a fabulous Italian walk-in rain shower with beautiful tiles and top-end bathroom fixtures.
Following a day of beach/exploring/work, navigate the charming pedestrian streets full of tiny, local restaurants or head over to the Carré d'Or for a more lively scene. You are centrally located, steps from the Palais de Festival, the old port and the beach. Local highlights to visit include: Nice, Antibes, Monaco, the fabulous Iles de Lérins (quick ferry ride away), the perched villages of Eze, Gourdon, St Paul de Vence, hiking in the beautiful Esterel National Park and any sporting activities you can think of.
