Our beautiful house on the shores of Lake Annecy is the perfect place for a family holiday in the mountains. With 5 good sized bedrooms including an impressive master suite with breathtaking views of Lake Annecy, the house has ample space to accommodate even the biggest families. The garden and heated pool are perfect for relaxing and family fun and the modern open plan kitchen diner provides all the home comforts you may need.
We will meet you at the beginning and end of your stay. Outside of that we will be available on the phone to help with any queries.
Our house is situated in a very quiet residential area surrounded by gardens and a golf course. The Roc de Chere nature reserve is 5 mins walk from the house with beautiful woodland and impressive views across the lake. Menthon is the nearest village centre with several restaurants, a small but well stocked supermarket, butchers, wine shop, pharmacy and boulangerie. The lakeside in Methon is perfect for a leisurely stroll and the beach is perfect for family fun with a small restaurant serving food. Other attractions in the area include: Sightseeing and shopping in Annecy Beach and restaurants in the beautiful village of Tallires Paragliding and hang gliding High Ropes courses Canyoning Kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, water skiing, wake boarding, wake surfing Extensive walking trails for all levels Cycling and bike rental Our house is approx 45 mins drive south of Geneva Airport and 20 mins drive from Annecy. The house is 2 mins walk from the main road where buses run to Annecy and alongside which runs a cycle path. Cross lake ferries depart from both Talloires and Menthon St Bernard (20 and 30 mins walk respectively). There is parking for 2-3 cars at the property
