Welcome to our beautiful stone house in the Périgord, located in Saint Martin de Fressengeas, near the village of Jean de Cole, classified among the most beautiful villages in France. Our house is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday with family or friends, in a peaceful and green setting. Our typical Périgord stone house has 4 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with a large bed, and three upstairs with two single beds or one large bed. It can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for large families or groups of friends. Two additional sleeping spaces are also possible, with three extra beds, so we can accommodate up to 11 people in total. The large living room with dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area are perfect for relaxing and sharing friendly moments. The house is equipped with a pantry to store provisions, as well as a high-speed internet connection (fiber optic) for teleworking or streaming. You can enjoy our private pool, covered terrace, and large garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. Children will be delighted to play with the games, toys, and books we provide in the house.
