Your "home" is a semi-detached house with WiFi, completely independent of ours, with one floor, on a large plot in the countryside just 3.5 km from all amenities: Coutras (train station, Leclerc, Intermarché, doctor, dentist, cinema, pharmacy, market 2 times / week, Health complex Form / SPA ...) • on the ground floor: a large dining room-equipped kitchen where there is also a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a toilet and a washing machine • upstairs: a large bedroom with double bed and a single bed, flat screen TV and wardrobe for your storage The bathroom with shower, toilet, sinks and towels available, an ironing room, an office area. • outside: a ground decorates our house where are frolicking various farm animals, geese, poultry, a nice couple of half-dwarf goats, "Jacquotte & Léon". A meadow is the domain of "Sancho", a beautiful French trotter with a sweet character and familiar with children. We also have: a petanque court, a badminton court, an outdoor ping-pong table and a large portico with swings for the pleasure of young and old.
Since 2010, we have been devoting all our time to the renovation of this old farmhouse, for which we had a crush. Proud of the results we are happy to share them with holidaymakers. We pay special attention to the maintenance of this house. We should expect from our guests the same values regarding the maintenance and use of the premises. Regarding the autonomy, it appeared to us that it could bring to each one of us a much better stay. In fact, it's only up to you to decide how long you want to sleep, get up, eat, and what you'll eat and how you'll eat it - you're free at home. This does not prevent us from maintaining good relations between ourselves and our guests. You will find on the spot a booklet containing the information concerning the rules of the stay, then the tourist visits not to be missed, and finally the local products made by our care. Our house is ideally located for sightseeing, historical and cultural: on the one hand, - just 20 minutes from Saint-Emilion, Pomerol and their beautiful vineyards, Libourne and nearly 30 minutes from the citadel of Blaye.
On the other hand - An aquatic area with games for young and old located near Coutras (about 7 km from the property) and a lake equipped with surveillance for swimming on Saint-Denis-de-Piles at 10 km - also for shopping on Bordeaux 55 km (rue Sainte Catherine among others) where it is more than practical, to get there, to enjoy the following networks: * SNCF, regular trains to Bordeaux departure from Coutras (free parking) + TRAM in Bordeaux * road to the entrance of Bordeaux / Lormont (40 min), Buttinière or Lauriers stations (2 relay Parking vehicle / TRAM very reasonable price) ideal solution to enjoy this beautiful city, very well served by the Tram / Bus network, while avoiding the inconvenience of dense urban traffic.
