Avec la piscine privée, l'aire de jeux pour les enfants, la grande terasse à manger, les coins-paradis pour un apéro/café et le terrain de pétanque, plus tous l'amenagement de la maison pour passer de bon vacances en famille ou deux, quoi de mieux?;) Maison de campagne très récente, facilement accessible de la National-89, à 3-5 km des grands commerces et restaurants, à 15 mn de Bordeaux centre et 15 mn de Libourne. A 20 minutes du charmant et célèbre village de St. Emilion. Pour les amateurs de golf, les terrains de Teynac à 3-4km de la maison. Soyez les bienvenus! o grange proprieté faite pour des vacanciers o alarme o sytème domotique o très confortable et propre o exellent emplacement Toute la maison entière est à disposition des invités, la terrasse et le parking.
