We propose to you to the rent, in Herbignac, this charming house of a surface of 105 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 21 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 402 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you ! The single-storey house is composed as follows: Day space: - A living room of 21 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, food scale, chopper (onions, garlic, parsley ...), device for cutting vegetables, potatoes Escape night : - Room 1: a double bed (140×190) - Room 2 : a double bed (140×190) and a single bed - Room 3: a double bed (140×190), an extra bed for 1 person (folding bed), sheets included, - A bathroom with shower, towels not included - Separate toilet. For more comfort : washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful enclosed garden of 402 m² as well as a courtyard in front of the house.
