A mini shopping center 2 minutes by car "La Pignata" has all the essential shops plus a typical Nice restaurant. This two-room apartment is composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room; opening onto a large, quiet terrace! A bedroom with a double bed + storage and a walk-in shower room with toilet complete this property The accommodation has all the necessary equipment such as wifi and reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
