I truly believe that you will love my apartment. It has been fully renovated and decorated with lots of love and care for my futur guests. IMPORTANT: First of all it's a ground floor apartment, with a private street entrance, that is split in 2 1/2 floors. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a maximum of 4 adults, because the mezzanine is more suitable for kids (1.10 meters floor to ceiling). Also, please note that I cannot accommodate babies, toddlers, or people with mobility issue because the stairs that lead to the downstairs bathrooms are a bit narrow and steeps. *** On the ground floor, you will find : - a living room with a sofa bed, TV and Netflix. - a bedroom with a double size bed and a built-in wardrobe. - a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, nespresso machine, as well as all necessary pots, pans, dinnerware and flatware to enjoy your home-cooked meals. *** The 2nd bedroom is actually a mezzanine with a low ceiling (1.10 meter). It features 2 single size beds (80cm x 200cm) to accommodate your littles ones. *** Downstairs, you will find one shower, one bathtub and one toilet (all 3 are separated), as well as two towel warmers, a washer, a drying rack and an iron. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. The apartments is equipped with a fast fiber-optic WiFi, as well USB nightstand chargers and black out roller blinds. *** What is provided: - beddings - bath towels - some toiletries samples - only a few toilet paper rolls to accommodate your arrival! - a digital House Manual and Local Guidebook Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions. Montmartre feels like an authentic artists' village in the heart Paris. The Sacre-coeur Basilic and the famous Place du Tertre are just a short 10 minutes walk from my apartment! The neighborhood is very charming, walkable, and offers absolutely everything you need and more within 5 minutes walk: * Get your groceries from the supermarkets and organic food stores. * Give your taste buds a treat from the delicious bakery and pastry shops, the artisanal chocolate makers, the cheese and wine stores, the many gourmet restaurants and street food. * You can even enjoy a yoga class at the local studio, or rent a coworking space and meeting rooms. On top of that, You will get around Paris very easily with 2 nearby subway stations and 6 bus lines. There is also a self-service e-bikes and e-scooter station right in front of our apartment. You can access all the main attractions easily and quickly : * The Place du Tertre and the Sacred-Heart Basilica of Montmartre is 15 minute by foot. * The Louvre museum and the Tuileries' garden is 20 minutes by bike/scooter, or 30 minutes by métro. * The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées Avenue is 20 minutes by bike/scooter or métro. * The Galeries Lafayette Haussmann is 15 minutes by bike/scooter, 25 minutes by métro, or 35 minutes by foot. * The Eiffel Tower is 30 minutes by bike, or 40 minutes by métro.
