Charming 1 BR 50M2 cozy refurbished hypercentre can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in the city center, a few minutes walk from the train station and historic city center. This apartment with its cocooning atmosphere, high standing has 1 very large bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom/toilet. Apartment very well located in the city center of Thiers, a few minutes from the tourist town center and all amenities. High speed wifi and Netflix (if you have your own account) are available in the house. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with balcony. Fully equipped apartment: hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils. The living room has an easily fold-out sofa bed for 2 people. The large bedroom has a double bed with a quality mattress. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Apartment very pleasant to live in, very bright, ideally located and secure (door with secure code). Free public parking in front of the building.
