The location was perfect to visit the Citadelle, old harbour with boat trips and many lovely restaurants and the old town. I was there on a Friday so on the spot for a choral performance at the church on the Place du Marché and on Saturday for the local market day. Although the weather was hot, the flat was cool (even without air conditioning). The flat was occupied the night before but the owner very kindly allowed me to drop off my stuff and access the flight earlier than usual. She also gave me good tips for visits, public transportation timetables and restaurants, all of which were spot on. The boat trip from the old harbour to the Cap Corse was a particular highlight - don't miss it!
