This charming 36 m² flat in Barneville-Carteret, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 31 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 20 m² garden. We're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises - A 31 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds joined to form a double bed. - A bathroom with bath - A separate WC Outside area : - A 40 m² enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - External staircase to access the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
