In Berry, in the Brenne Natural Park, near the Creuse valley and Eguzon lake (swimming, water sports), the land of George Sand and the Haute-Touche animal park, the Couleur de Brenne is an ideal place to discover the land of 1000 ponds and Berry. The Duris pond, 5 minutes away, will be an ideal place for fishing and for its many summer activities and walks. Between Châteauroux and Argenton-sur-Creuse, single-storey house with enclosed garden and covered lean-to located on hiking trails and bike trails: living room (equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area) - 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 single beds) - bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. Electric heating (payment by consumption). We offer discounts for the Laleuf leisure park, 10 minutes away (adventure course in the trees, paintball and equestrian activities) and we provide 2 adult bikes and 4 children's bikes of different sizes as well as a ping table -tennis and a barbecue. Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: 42.55euros per stay - Towels: 7.45euros per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
