Pretty renovated mazet a stone's throw from the beach, the center and the shops which can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists on the ground floor of: A private entrance with patio. A bright kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A separate toilet A spacious and bright living room with a table and chairs, a sofa, an armchair, a TV, opening onto a terrace with table and chairs, two sun loungers, a barbecue and a large awning. Upstairs, a bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening onto a balcony with a view of the hills and awning, a large closet, a chest of drawers and a relaxation chair that can be converted into a bed. A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two pull-out beds as well as a large closet. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. You will have a very pretty swimming pool 50 m from the mazet, a private parking space and a small garage to store your bikes. Sheets and bath towels are not provided, rental on request. Cleaning is included in the rental. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
