Our house in L'Epine (approx. 100 M2) can accommodate up to 10 people. Completed in 2019, it is very bright and functional, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Access to the beach (300m away) is by foot via a small path. The village of l'Epine and all its shops (bakeries, butcher's, supermarket, tabac presse, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, library...) are around 700 m from the house. July/August weekly rentals only. Other remarks Minimum one-week rental from SUNDAY to SUNDAY in July and August during French school vacations. For weekends and short stays 2 nights minimum. No arrivals or departures on Saturdays. In order to guarantee that your property is cleaned properly (checklist available on site and explained at reception), a "cleanliness" deposit will be requested on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure when the house is returned in the state of cleanliness as stipulated on the list on site. Cleaning is not included in the rental price and is the responsibility of the tenant. Linen can be hired from the concierge. The garage is not designed for cars. However, you can store your 2-wheelers, surfboards, paddleboards, canoes, etc. in the garage. Booking only offers "barbecue" equipment, and we have a plancha available for grilling. Rubbish must be disposed of in the public bins. There are no personal bins.
My husband and I are still in business, so unfortunately we won't be able to welcome you, so our concierge will take care of your arrival and departure, and will help you if necessary during your stay.
L'Epine is a pretty little village on the island of Noirmoutier, set between beaches and salt marshes. Located on the west coast of the Noirmoutier island, you'll be able to admire some beautiful sunsets. It's a quiet, family-friendly village where you'll find all the shops and services you need for a great vacation. The market takes place every Saturday morning all year round. If you arrive on a Sunday, you'll be able to make the most of it. You can get around the island of Noirmoutier by car, by gratibus (in summer) or on foot, but the best way is of course by bike. There are over 80 km of cycle paths on the island, and if you can't bring your own bikes, there's a rental shop in the village of l'Epine.
