We take care of the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation, following the recommendations of the official government health website. Late arrivals and departures are possible at an extra charge. Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, as our customers generally prefer to save this cost, which would be automatically included. However, we do offer a complete set of bed and bath linen as an option. Please contact us for prices. A compulsory intermediate cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking and covers disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. We ask our guests to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival. If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35e per hour. We also offer full cleaning services. Please refer to the listing description for the price of full cleaning, or contact us directly.

The living room has a sofa and a large dining table. This room also has electric shutters to keep it cool in summer. The house offers two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A garage is available on the first floor, perfect for a town house! Carcassonne and Narbonne are 30 minutes away by car. Gruissan Plage is 40 minutes away and Béziers 50 minutes.
