Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Bandol, this charming house air-conditioned to less than one kilometer of the beach, with jacuzzi, of a surface of 83 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 90 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Outside : - A jacuzzi 7 places available all year long - A beautiful garden of 90 m². - A terrace of 23m ² exposed south with arbour and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days - A solar shower Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation -The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Bandol, close to the port, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: - Beaches, sea walks, nautical activities (boat trips, scuba diving ...) - Visits to Les Embiez, Porquerolles, the creeks of Cassis and Marseille - Golf, tennis, bowling, cycling, hiking, casinos - Visit of wine cellars - Back country with its Provencal villages, the high var or the Gorges du Verdon. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the garage on the right 20m above the villa.
