Alone, as a couple or with friends, take a Zen and cocooning break in this sea view studio. Its situation (sea view), near the shops and the future stroll of La Baule, its equipment, including fiber optics and Disney subscription, its reasonable rates will allow you to make it your pied à terre in La Baule. Located on the 3rd floor without elevator of a quiet residence. Numerous possibilities of parking are offered to you in front of and in the adjacent streets. the linen is not included, participation for the linen is 20 euro per bed, but you may bring your own linen for the bed to avoid this expense. Please be kind to inform us on your choice in advance.
