We arrived and departed outside of office hours and BO had a good system in place to ensure we could get into the property. Further the rental company had left some arrival gifts for us which was very considerate and useful! Additionally, someone had take the trouble to heat the apartment before arrival which was fab and from experience that doesn’t always happen. Really great check in. Thanks to the team.
