We offer you this charming house for rent, located in Cancale, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi (fiber optics), with an area of 82 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 100 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 50 m² living room with TV, with double sofa bed for 1 extra person. - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Separate toilet First floor: - Two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and the other with 1 queen-size bed (160×200). - Bathroom with bathtub and shower screen, - Separate toilet Additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, bicycles, bluetooth speaker.
