Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you Le Vieux Pressoir, an old farmhouse renovated with charm and modernity according to the eco construction, which will be an ideal pied-à-terre for your vacations. Located in Pléboulle and able to accommodate up to eight travelers, it is composed of a nice living room, open equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), a mezzanine and you will be able to enjoy a beautiful garden of about 1000 m². Wifi, cleaning, we are waiting for you! By reserving this house, you will benefit from the following facilities during your stay: - a grassy plot of land in the process of being developed + terrace of about 20 m² on stone slabs facing East, sheltered from the wind, with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days. - a secured bicycle room. - a private parking in the courtyard with possibility to park up to 5 vehicles. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. - Before leaving, thank you for leaving the house in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - We remind you that parties are not allowed. Pets are accepted on request, a supplement of 20e/stay will be applied. - Supplement 35e for late arrivals between 8pm and 9:30pm (request and payment to our service provider on site)

Lovers of tranquillity, you will be delighted! The house is really quiet, close to a road with very little traffic (20 vehicles/day). The first house is 30 meters away and the next one is 100 meters away. Only one restaurant in Pléboulle: "Chez Charly", a post office open in the morning. All shops, services, doctors are 5 minutes drive away in Fréhel or Matignon.
