In the commune of Deauville, Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this charming 34 m² apartment with heated swimming pool, which can comfortably accommodate 5 travelers. Located on the 1st floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. We're waiting for you! Bed linen and towels extra. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV, two benches (a single bench with 1 berth, and a pull-out bench with 2 berths) and a dining area for 5 guests. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine... - One bedroom with double bed (140×190). - Bathroom with bathtub. Exterior: - A shared heated swimming pool, open from May 1 to September 30. - Balcony 1: 5 m², south-facing, with garden furniture (1 table and 4 chairs) for sunny days. - Balcony 2: 2 m² west-facing. Other remarks: - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Animals are accepted for an extra charge of 15e per stay.
