Can I request an early check-in at 9.30 am? Also, on check-out day can I leave my bags at the reception and collect them at 6 pm in the evening?
Hello, We welcome travelers in our apartments located in a private residential complex. Early check-in is not possible, as cleaning staff need time to prepare the room between a guest's departure (11 a.m.) and the next arrival (4 p.m.).Answered on 6 October 2023
