The apartment was classified as a 2-star Meublé de Tourisme in 2024. ✔ Comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people: - 1 Open-plan bedroom with double bed - 1 Sofa bed convertible into a double bed ✔ Fully equipped apartment: - Toaster, kettle and coffee machine - Microwave oven - Hotplates - Refrigerator - All kitchen utensils - 34-bottle wine cellar - Washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board - Hair dryer and straightener - Umbrella bed - Books and board games - Children's books and toys ✔ Very high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), ideal for working or entertaining. ✔ 42'' HD television with on-demand channels & Netflix. ✔ Bed linen and towels are provided. ✔ Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and washing-up liquid are provided, as are soap, shower gel and laundry detergent capsules. ✔ Easy parking at the foot of the building as well as in the surrounding streets.
