Located on the third floor (without lift) of a wealthy condominium, from the entrance, you will be seduced by its parquet floor, its high ceilings and its volumes. The double living room of more than 35 m² promises nice moments of sharing with the cocooning lounge and the large dining room. Prestige is equipped with a flat screen television and an internet connection. The independent and pleasant kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your best dishes : fridge, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, gas hob (5 burners), toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The two very spacious bedrooms provide peace and quiet thanks to quality bedding (Queen Size 160X200). The bathroom is equipped with a large Italian shower. For your laundry, you will have access to a washing machine, a clothes line, an iron and an ironing board. The toilets are independent. There is also an independent office area for students and a huge dressing room. The Cocoonr Agency The Prestige accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
