L'appartement se situe dans une rue centrale du quartier de Saint Servan, au 3e et dernier étage d'une petite copropriété. L'appartement est composé d'un salon avec table basse, TV et un canapé convertible en lit d'appoint, d'une cuisine ouverte et d'une chambre en mezzanine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (plaques vitro céramique, four micro-ondes). La chambre en mezzanine est composé d'un lit double. La salle de bain comprend une baignoire et les WC. Le logement dispose d'une connexion WiFi, d'une machine à café type Nespresso ainsi qu'une cafetière à filtres. Pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible, le linge de maison est fourni (draps, serviettes, torchon, tapis de salle de bain) ainsi que quelques consommables (café, thé, huile, sel, poivre, gel douche, savon et produit vaisselle).
