Property information

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Collioure, this charming air-conditioned apartment of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 28 m ², equipped kitchen, of a beautiful room, a water room. Sheets, towels, cleaning not included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 28 m² facing south-east with a large sofa bed, TV - A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A shower room, WC Outside : - A terrace to enjoy the beautiful days, about 9m2 which allows to eat to 4 people without any problem oriented south / east equipped with a manual awning to shade if necessary. Other remarks: - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care. A deposit will be withheld if the accommodation has not been cleaned. - Bed linen and towels are not provided. - Non-smoking accommodation - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area on the heights of Collioure, in a very pleasant environment. It is only 10 minutes walk from the town center and the famous "plage du clocher". You will be able to benefit from all the essential stores, but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, artists' workshops, local crafts... Activities : - Hiking - Mountain biking - Scuba diving - Canoeing and kayaking, - Wine tasting - Beaches or creeks Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free private parking lot in the residence (unnumbered space).
