Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you a very nice apartment, located on the 1st floor of a small building, at the bottom of the rue de Saint-Servan. Quiet, facing the sea, close to all amenities and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Intra-Muros.

Neighbourhood information

Protected from the winds, the beaches and charming coves of Saint-Servan are ideal for families. On Bas-Sablons beach, at the bottom of the theater square, you can have lunch or a drink at "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below. We also recommend the walk along the Aleth corniche, the cradle of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral.
