We propose you to rent, in Paimpol, this charming house with sea view, at less than one kilometer from the beach, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to welcome up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 650 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1 : A double bed (160x200) with dressing room - A shower room with shower - Separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 2 : A double bed (140 x 190) - Room 3 : A double bed (140 x 190) - Room 4 : Two single beds with sea view - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A beautiful garden of about 650 m² and south facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the house. - The house is elevated from the street level, a few steps allow access to the front door. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
