Located in Intra-Muros, the historic heart of Saint Malo, this charming apartment has been recently renovated and will satisfy the most demanding guests who love comfort and aesthetics. Functional and quiet, it overlooks a courtyard where you can park your car. Ideal for two people, this apartment can accommodate a third person. Practical, it is located at less than 5 mn on foot from the beaches and the shops. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.
This tastefully renovated accommodation using quality materials and equipment has been classified as 3-star Charming furnished accommodation. It consists : -A living room (lounge) equipped with a glass roof overlooking the bedroom and composed of 2 sofas that can be converted into single or double bed, side tables, a dining table, 3 chairs. -A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: dishes, kitchen utensils, induction cooker with 3 burners, dishwasher, multifunction oven, panini grill, multifunction waffle maker, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle etc... -A bedroom with 2 spacious and comfortable twin beds (90x200cm) and a large adjustable multimedia television. A large bench to put your suitcases and a coat rack with hangers to hang your clothes complete the bedroom furniture. -A sober and elegant bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a vanity unit with a mirror, a toilet and a towel dryer. You will have a free access to the wifi.
