Ground floor: living room with pellet stove (1st bag offered), beautiful fitted kitchen, bathroom (bathtub) and separate WC (with hand basin) accessible by 2 steps. 1st Floor: 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds), bathroom (shower and WC). 2nd Floor: 1 large mezzanine bedroom (1 160x200 bed) and lounge area (TV). Exterior: landscaped grounds of 400 m², terrace of 30 m². Bicycle room with washing machine. Parking possible in front of the house. There is free public parking 50 m away.

It is a charming town house, pleasantly renovated in Pleven, a small town located between Plancoët, a spa town since Roman times and Lamballe, city of horses. Claudine and Patrick have invested a lot to make your vacation rental comfortable, warm and welcoming: you will be surprised by its beautiful volumes, its exposed beams and its stone walls which give it a unique style! Its little extra: its pretty, well-sheltered terrace at the back, communicating with the garden. You even have room to store bikes and beach equipment!
