This splendid luminous, clam and comfortable townhouse which can accomodate up to 6 people is ideally located in the center of Soustons, at the gates of Dax, at only few minutes of the Landes beaches. Our "Cocon Landais" and its 112m² in the peace wait for you for your stay. Bonus : the private terrace and its old parquet floor which gives it an authentic charm. The access to the house is made thanks to an independent entrance and a staircase (not accessible to the persons with reduced mobility). Walk in the heart of the majestic Landes Forest. Take your 1st surfing lesson. Attend a Landes race show. Lounging on the edge of the marine lake and discovering its wild island by paddle. Enjoy a good foie gras on your terrace after a bike ride on one of our many bike paths. Enjoy a day of discovery of the Basque country in only 35 minutes by car. Watching a breathtaking sunset on the beach ... By renting this ideally located accomodation, all of this is easily possible !
