A cozy apartment in the heart of a lush garden, right in the center of Pornic
 Old port, market, shops, train station, and coastal paths—all within a 10-minute walk. Completely independent, the apartment benefits from the lifestyle of our family home: a landscaped garden, terrace, pool, car, and bicycle parking. Rated 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, it covers 34m², making it ideal for 2 people, with the capacity to accommodate up to 4 guests.
 Unpack and enjoy a cozy and functional interior with beds made upon arrival, as well as high-quality bedding and linens. Outside: 
A private terrace and garden of approximately 350 m²: garden furniture, Weber barbecue, “beach return” area for rinsing and drying your gear, deck chairs. Inside:
 The bright living area (East/South-facing) opens onto the terrace: a lounge area with an armchair and sofa bed (140x190), a kitchen/dining area with a 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, and a built-in wardrobe. 
Free Wi-Fi is available. In the bedroom: a queen-size bed (160x190), a large wardrobe, and a small desk.
The bathroom is compact but functional: walk-in shower, washbasin with storage.
The toilet is separate. Bed linens and towels are provided. Special attention has been given to selecting French-made, hotel-quality bedding, as well as to the choice of furniture and household linens. Children are welcome, and the following items are available on request: travel cot, high chair, bottle warmer, potty, toilet seat booster, and baby bath seat. The pool (unheated) is open from May to September, depending on the weather. It is shared and accessible between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Restrictions:
 Pets are not allowed. The property is non-smoking. Parties are not permitted.

Long-time lovers of Pornic, we made it our home in 2022. After renovating our house and breathing new life into its large garden, we created this apartment to welcome our family and friends. It has been open to travelers since September 2023. Why "Le Clos de Jade"? "Jade" is the name of the coastline stretching from Saint-Brévin in the north to Les Moutiers-en-Retz in the south. It’s also the name of our eldest daughter, who discovered this spot when we were looking for a place to settle in Pornic. Finally, it represents a whole palette of greens, from pistachio to turquoise—shades that we love to surround ourselves with in our garden and that we’ve infused throughout the apartment.
