Le Chat Vert consists of only 2 apartments. Our 42 m² ground floor apartments both have an independent entrance. Each consist of a spacious fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining and living room, a large bathroom and a cozy bedroom with a double bed. The accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and the free WiFi is available on the entire property. Our apartments are always carefully cleaned and cared for so that each of our guests feels comfortable and safe. We guarantee maximum cleanliness upon your arrival and take care of the final cleaning, which is included in the rental price: No additional costs and no stress on the day of departure! Le Chat Vert is located in Saint André, a small typical village in the South of France. Here you will find excellent shops, restaurants and artisans. Saint André and Le Chat Vert are an excellent choice for a peaceful stay, while remaining very close to all the attractions in the area and to the beaches. Our house is situated on the national road. This name is misleading because the street in front of the house is a village street that is limited to 30 km / h and is frequented by the villagers. A main road, the D618 dual carriageway, which intercepts heavy traffic, trucks, etc., bypasses all of the small villages of the Albères, including Saint André, and is much further away. The noise of this street cannot be heard from Le Chat Vert.
