Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Savines-le-Lac, this charming flat, with sight lake, with a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to six travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room, an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a clear view on the lake of Serre-Ponçon. Cleaning included, we are waiting for you! The flat is composed as follows - a living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area. - An open plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer space... - A mezzanine with a double sofa bed. - a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed. - a bathroom with a bathtub. - a separate toilet. Other remarks : - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Sheet and towel rental options on request from the concierge, payment on site.
