Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Montcenis in the heart of the Romanic Burgundy of the South, this charming apartment entirely renovated of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. Located on the first floor (without elevator), air-conditioned, it is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a vast terrace of 60 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Pets not allowed. - To access the apartment located on the 1st floor, you have to take the outside spiral staircase. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the apartment for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
