Unique apartment with doors opening out onto a private terrace and the swimming pool, only 5km from the centre of Uzes
We are situated in the commune of Saint Siffret which is 6KM from the beautiful town of Uzes with its Saturday Market, numerous restaurants and shops. Saint Siffret is a beautiful old village surrounded by forest and the garigue, a heaven for walkers, bikers and horse riders. We are situated in the residential quarter above the village which consists of large detached houses built in the 1980s to date. Our house is a 1980s villa which we bought in 2021 and totally renovated. We have neighbours, we are not isolated and we are not a traditional stone house. The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential and made up mostly of French residents and second home owners. We are ideally located for site seeing, 30 mins to Nimes, 45 minutes to Avignon and 10 minutes to the Magnificent Pont Du Gard and the river beaches of the Gardon. The med beaches can be reached in an hour. To make the most of the area a car is essential.
