Ground floor: lovely living room (exposed stone and beams) with dining & lounge areas (fireplace) leading to fitted kitchen. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (double bed) (2 single beds OR king-size bed), large bathroom (bath, shower, dual washbasin, WC), another separate WC. Paved terrace, fenced garden (300 sq.m.). Parking in front of house. Electric heating (charge based on actual consumption). Washer-drier. Board games, hi-fi, DVD available. All shops in Epoisses 7km (famous for its cheese). Activities nearby: archery, tree-topping, water sports centre, beach with lifeguards, go-karting, Auxois zoo. Tourist attractions: medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, Alésia MuséoParc, Fontenay abbey and basilica at Vézelay (both UNESCO World Heritage sites), châteaux of Thil, Bussy-Rabutin and Epoisses, Buffon ironworks, caves at Arcy-sur-Cure, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (classed as one of the loveliest villages in France, famous for its aniseed sweets), etc. Great walks in the area.
