Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Bidache, this charming apartment within a typical house of the Basque Country, of a surface of 107 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 37 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 800 m². Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you! The accommodation is located on the first floor of the house, accessible from a staircase outside the house and is composed as follows - A living room of 37 m² with TV, fireplace (decorative, not working), sofas and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee machine... - Bedroom 1 : a queen size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3 : two single beds. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Exterior: - A beautiful garden of 1 800 m², a quarter of the garden is associated with the apartment on the ground floor of the house - A terrace facing South, South-West, accessible from the kitchen to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Wifi (optical fiber). - Bed linen not included but towels provided. - The fireplace is decorative, not working - Animals are accepted in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Bidache, a small rural village of 1400 inhabitants, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - The geographical situation of Kilodery allows you to find, within a radius of 30 km, the beaches of the Basque coast (swimming, surfing...), the exceptional sites and villages of the interior Basque Country: Bidache and its Castle of Gramont, Espelette, St Jean-pied de Port, La Bastide de Clairence, the gorges of Kakuetta, the caves of Isturitz and Oxcelhaya, the Rafting and Canyoning in Bidarray, the hikes on the whole of the Basque mountains. - On site you can practice fishing (trout, perch, gudgeon, white fish, etc.). - Hiking, mountain biking in the Mixe wood (600 hectares) - 40 min from the beaches of the Basque coast and the south Landes - 30 min from the picturesque sites of the interior Basque Country. - Less than 5 km from the gîte is a leisure center (Base Pop/Guiche) with free beach and water games. - At 54 min of the small train of the Rhune.
