★ Superb two-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor in a quiet, south-facing residence, renovated and air-conditioned. Ideal downtown location, 50 meters from the Casino, the Grande Bleue and numerous waterfront restaurants. 5-minute walk to the train station. Equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The terrace overlooking the sea lets you enjoy the sea breeze at mealtimes and enjoy a moment of peace and quiet. High-speed WiFi. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200) and a dressing room. The convertible sofa is also a 160x200 bed, There's also a second dressing room in the entrance hall. In the kitchen, you'll find all the equipment you need to cook and share a convivial moment around the dining table, whether indoors or out on the terrace. oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils you need to concoct delicious meals. In the bathroom, you'll find an auxiliary heater for added comfort when you step out of the shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine with drying rack, and an iron and ironing board.
