We offer, in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, this charming house of a surface of 83 m² and being able to accomodate until 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m². The accommodation is composed as follows : On the first floor : - A living room of 30 m² with TV and dining area - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Separate toilet On the second floor : - Bedroom 1 : A double bed - Bedroom 2 : A king size bed (180x200) - A shower room with shower and WC adjoining - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Second floor : - A mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed - Games area For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed. Outside : - A beautiful south-east facing garden of about 250 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days - A terrace of about 25 m² exposed East with furniture Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - Animals accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15 euros/stay (only one animal accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be supplied on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be made by our on-site service provider). - Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. The house is ideally located in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, in a very pleasant environment.
