Ideal for nature lovers and for visiting Grasse, Cannes, Nice and the picturesque villages. We have been welcoming travelers for several years in our completely renovated independent studio. It enjoys a south-eastern orientation, in the shade of hundred-year-old olive trees. With its private garden of about 300 m2, you can park your car. And enjoy the calm out of sight. Two magnificent sunny terracotta terraces are dedicated to you, as well as the BBQ. A gym will allow you to store your bikes or do a bit of sport with an elliptical trainer and abs, or play table football. Ideal for hikers, cyclists or bikers: many paths start from the studio. You will be at home with your own garden and independent gate. Autonomous arrival if we are not present.
Arrived from Paris in 2006 in this beautiful area, we bought this 200 year old farmhouse, one of the oldest houses in Le Rouret. We will welcome you in this studio completely renovated in 2014 with old materials. We got into the rental business in 2015 and found it a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world. It is a real pleasure to share our beautiful countryside with them, and our tips. We really expect conviviality between our tenants and us: an exchange. Welcome !
Very quiet and family neighborhood. Le Rouret is a village of 3,500 inhabitants, family and calm. The houses are typical of Provence. While being near, on foot, a bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, hairdresser, florist, caterer, restaurants, wine cellar and La Poste. And 5 minutes by car from 2 supermarkets, one of which is also open on Sundays. Treat yourself to local products with the hill market and the Opio mill. Depending on the season, we will make you enjoy the fruits of our garden: plums, cherries, pomelos depending on the blooms. 100% organic. For walkers, several possible departures from the house. And for hikers, the backcountry trails are a few minutes drive from the house. For cyclists and bikers, start from Le Rouret and head for the Caussols plateau 20 minutes away: winding roads in perfect condition, magnificent landscapes ...
