Ideal for a couple with children, single-storey detached house, offering all the comfort sought for a wonderful holiday on the basin. Fenced garden of 180m2 including a large terrace (with furniture, table and chairs for 5 people (large parasol from April to the end of September)) of 30m2 and the possibility of parking two cars in the driveway.
