Spacious, comfortable, luxury single-storey accommodation, 200 meters from the Chateau d'Amboise and 800 meters from Le Clos Lucé, ideal for visiting the sights of the Loire Valley. Gated garden with terrace and parking space. This PMR apartment on the ground floor features an entrance hall with a TV lounge area (BZ 140 sofa), a large living/dining room opening onto a terrace, 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.), 2 large separate bedrooms (160cm bed and 2 90cm beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower (PMR), 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
