In a 70 hectare wetland, Sensitive Natural Space and labeled Wild Fauna Territories, you will stay near the Abbey of Ile Chauvet (5.8 km) and the port des champs (9.2 km). Further excursions will take you to Noirmoutier (bridge 30 km, Passage du Gois 20 km) or to the beaches of La Bernerie en Retz (20 km) or La Barre de Monts (30 km). This renovated house offers you, on the ground floor, a laundry room, a living room/lounge/kitchen equipped with a darts board and a veranda with an exceptional view of the marsh (binoculars available for observing the wildlife).
