This new (2022) large and modern flat (82m2) is a stone's throw from the shops, the old town, the port and Gravette beach. It offers a large living room, a family sized kitchen, a large dining table and a wide screen. Three generous bedrooms will accommodate you. A Private Parking Place located at -1 of the residence is available. Free for everyone. Direct access to the flat.You can have access to a special 3kW electrical outlet from the private place. There is a special charge for this.
I'm a company director and frequently travel. I had the pleasure of furnishing this apartment with quality materials to make you feel at home. I wanted this apartment to be easy to live in, healthy and pleasant.
